We are going to be mailing him a check for the amount of his 3 payments that he has made on this vehicle, since we are still waiting on the title. We have resolved the situation with the customer. Sub-standard business practices and illegal acts were committed. I'm severely disappointed in the conduct of this company and will not do business with them again as soon as the title is received and my compensation comes through. I have spent countless hours in the phone trying to resolve things between them, my loan provider, and legal aids to see what can happen to help me during the process. I've been going back and forth with them for almost 2 months now and they have finally agree to pay the car loan until title is received but that does not fix the headaches and constant worrying of if they were going to follow through. They did not want to put in the leg work to actually make it happen so I had to deal with the consequences.
